Alexandria Area

With all the rain and the return to cooler nights the water temperatures have fell slightly. This has pushed that first migration of panfish back to the 6 to 10 foot depths. If we get a couple of days of sunshine this coming week, they should move right back to the shallows. The marina at Starbuck is still giving up a few crappies and it is loaded with smaller sunfish. The north-end of Carlos was starting to go... but with the cold rains that may have shut-down also.

Le Homme Dieu is still giving up crappies in front of both channels. The shallow bays in Lobster are starting to hold some crappies also.
